1. Guide Warning<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

The Vespa and other scooters available from our rental shop are fun to drive, but not suitable for beginners<\/strong> e very expensive to repair<\/strong>.<\/p>

The customer declares that he\/she is experienced in driving scooters and that he\/she is aware of the risks involved in the use of the vehicle.<\/p>

No refund will be granted if the customer books a scooter and later realises that not being able to drive it<\/strong>; such a situation will be considered a no-show<\/em> and will be charged in full.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

2. Booking, Cancellation and Changes<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

  • Reservations can be deleted or modified<\/strong> up to 48 hours before the collection date.<\/p><\/li>

  • In the event of cancellation after this deadline, the amount paid will not be refunded<\/strong>.<\/p><\/li>

  • Rain or adverse weather conditions do not constitute valid grounds for cancellation<\/strong>, unless otherwise authorised in writing by Yestogo Chianti.<\/p><\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

    3. Insurance Coverage<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

    \n\t\t\t\t
    \n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

    All vehicles provided by Yestogo Chianti<\/strong> are covered by compulsory motor liability policy<\/strong>, as provided for in the Private Insurance Code (Legislative Decree 209\/2005 and subsequent amendments).<\/p>

    • The policy only covers material and\/or physical damage caused to unrelated third parties<\/strong> and passengers carried in accordance with the law<\/strong>.<\/p><\/li>

    • The policy operates only within the prescribed limits, conditions and ceilings<\/strong> by the insurer and Yestogo Chianti, which are herein fully referred to.<\/p><\/li>

    • In no case<\/strong> the policy covers damage to the hired vehicle, damage to the driver responsible or damage resulting from breaches of contract.<\/p><\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

      4. Absolute Exclusions<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

      \n\t\t\t\t
      \n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

      They are expressly excluded from coverage<\/strong>:<\/p>

      1. Partial or total damage to the hired vehicle, including theft, fire, vandalism or natural events;<\/p><\/li>

      2. Physical or material damage suffered by the driver or unauthorised passengers;<\/p><\/li>

      3. Damage resulting from:<\/p>

        • driving without a valid licence or without complying with Italian regulations;<\/p><\/li>

        • driven by a person other than the driver named in the contract;<\/p><\/li>

        • driving under the influence of alcohol, drugs or psychotropic substances;<\/p><\/li>

        • transporting more passengers than permitted;<\/p><\/li>

        • unauthorised commercial use;<\/p><\/li>

        • participation in races, competitions or track tests;<\/p><\/li>

        • traffic violations;<\/p><\/li>

        • reckless driving, gross negligence or wilful misconduct;<\/p><\/li><\/ul><\/li>

        • Damage resulting from failure to return the vehicle with a full tank of fuel or missing accessories;<\/p><\/li>

        • Any personal items of the customer left on board.<\/p><\/li><\/ol>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

          \n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

          5. Economic Responsibility of the Client<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

          \n\t\t\t\t
          \n\t\t\t\t
          \n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

          The customer accepts and declares to be sole responsible<\/strong> for:<\/p>

          • repair or replacement of the damaged vehicle, according to an authorised workshop estimate;<\/p><\/li>

          • payment of the commercial value of the vehicle in the event of total loss or uncovered theft;<\/p><\/li>

          • vehicle recovery costs (\u20ac100 fixed + \u20ac3\/km from the Yestogo Chianti office to the recovery location);<\/p><\/li>

          • administrative costs for handling claims, fines, unpaid tolls (\u20ac50 minimum);<\/p><\/li>

          • compensation for damages to third parties not covered by the policy.<\/p><\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

            6. Obligations of the Customer in the Event of an Accident<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

            \n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

            The customer undertakes to<\/p>

            1. Inform immediately Yestogo Chianti<\/strong>;<\/p><\/li>

            2. Contact the competent authorities if required by law;<\/p><\/li>

            3. Fill in and return CAI module<\/strong> or official documentation;<\/p><\/li>

            4. Do not make statements or admit liability without written authorisation;<\/p><\/li>

            5. Fully cooperate with the insurance company and Yestogo Chianti;<\/p><\/li>

            6. Hand over copies of minutes, reports or documents issued by the authorities within 24 hours.<\/p><\/li>

            7. Defaults<\/strong> entail total liability of the customer for all damages and expenses.<\/p><\/li><\/ol>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

              7. Infringements and Sanctions<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

              \n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

              From collection to return, the customer is exclusively responsible<\/strong> for all traffic violations:<\/p>

              • fines, fines, tolls and incidental expenses;<\/p><\/li>

              • forced removals, vehicle custody, administrative procedures;<\/p><\/li>

              • all costs will be charged to the customer with any additional handling costs.<\/p><\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

                The customer declares that he\/she is aware that the insurance automatically lapses<\/strong> in case of:<\/p>

                • driving by an unauthorised person;<\/p><\/li>

                • driving without a valid or non-compliant licence;<\/p><\/li>

                • driving under the influence of alcohol or substances;<\/p><\/li>

                • participation in competitions or sporting events;<\/p><\/li>

                • unauthorised commercial use.<\/p><\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

                  9. Bad Weather and Atmospheric Conditions<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

                  \n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

                  Rain or adverse weather conditions do not constitute valid grounds for cancellation<\/strong>.
                  The customer may only change the date within the terms of the cancellation policy<\/strong>.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

                  \n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

                  By signing the contract, the customer declares:<\/p>

                  • that I have read and understood all the clauses;<\/p><\/li>

                  • to be aware that any damage to the vehicle or misuse is entirely your responsibility<\/strong>;<\/p><\/li>

                  • to release Yestogo Chianti from any additional liability not expressly stated in the contract;<\/p><\/li>

                  • that any derogation must be approved in writing by Yestogo Chianti<\/strong>.<\/p><\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t
